You can have a good B2 level and still lose points on the DELE speaking
test because of strategy mistakes: time management, interaction, and
structure.

Here are 4 frequent errors and how to fix them.

## 1. Speaking without a plan (weak coherence)

In Task 1 (evaluating proposals) and Task 2 (photo situation), many
candidates start talking immediately and jump between ideas.

**Error:** listing points with no structure.

**Solution:** use a simple plan:
opening → 2 arguments → example → short conclusion.

## 2. Monologue mode (forgetting interaction)

DELE is **expression and interaction**. If you only speak and never
react, ask, or negotiate, your interaction score suffers.

**Fix:** practice 3 interaction moves:
agree + add, disagree politely, ask for clarification.

## 3. Vague opinions with no support

At B2, saying "Me parece bien" is not enough. You need reasons and
consequences.

<li>**Better:** "Estoy a favor porque..."</li>
<li>**Add an example:** "Por ejemplo..."</li>

justification.

## 4. Repetition and limited lexical range

Repeating the same verbs ("hacer", "tener", "poner") and the same
connectors ("y", "pero") makes your speech sound less advanced.

**Fix:** build small synonym sets ("mejorar" / "optimizar" / "reforzar")
and practice them in full sentences.

## How to practice to avoid this

The key is simulation. Put yourself in exam conditions as often as
possible.
