This policy applies to our pre-launch waitlist. Once OralPrep launches, a complete privacy policy will apply to active users.

What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect only:

• Your email address
• Signup date and time

That's it. No tracking, no cookies, no analytics on this form.

How We Use It

We use your email exclusively to:

• Notify you when OralPrep launches
• Send you beta testing invitations (if applicable)
• Share important pre-launch updates

We will never: sell your email, spam you, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Where We Store It

Your email is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use FormSubmit to collect submissions, which are then stored in our secure database.

Your Rights (GDPR)

You can at any time:

• Request deletion: Email us at contact@oralprep.app and we'll remove your data within 48 hours
• Request a copy: Ask for your data and we'll send it to you

Data Retention

We'll keep your email until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after our launch, whichever comes first. After that, inactive emails are automatically deleted.
